Dr. Curt Bonafiglia has been providing organizational development services to companies since 1997. He has developed and executed assessment and development centers for Banc of America Investment Services, Coldwell Banker/NRT, TechData and Prudential Financial.

He received his Bachelor's degree at St. John Fisher College before obtaining his Master's in Psychology at New York University and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society of Consulting Psychologists. Prior to his graduate work in Psychology, he was a District Sales Manager for Eastman Kodak’s Clinical Products Division.
