Mr. Murphy began
his first endeavor, Electric Company, in 1981 as a one-man operation with
Pat as the sole electrician. It grew to a thriving business of 45 employees
and 20 service trucks when it was sold in 2004. Since then, he has participated
actively in many projects which converted warehouse space into condos
and work space. Some of these are Pickle Factory Lofts (1991), The Motor
Works Lofts (1993), The Townhomes at Fernwood Park (1998), Warehouse Lofts
at Candler Park (1999), and LaFrance Street Lofts near Edgewood-Candler
Park MARTA Station (2001). |
